1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming products, health and hygiene items)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at customers@kennelkingz.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any paperwork, accessories, and parts.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at customers@kennelkingz.shop with your order number and details of the product you would like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at customers@kennelkingz.shop for assistance. We may request photos or other documentation to process your claim.
